Marisol DeLeon is Christopher Tashane Byrd’s Mother. She is a National Administrative Manager in the Advertising industry, a business owner, a Survivors Connect Mentor with Moms Demand Action and Founder, President and Treasurer of the Tashane Way Foundation. Most importantly, she is a daughter, wife and mom to 2 sons and a Mema to one granddaughter. After the loss of her son Christopher, she made it her mission to keep his name alive by celebrating his life and giving back to the community that he loved and died for.

Ramon L. Torres Jr. is a proud husband, father and uncle. He is the Northeast Regional Field Clinical Education Specialist in Cardiology and a board member of The Forsaken Wolves Motorcycle Club. As Vice President of The Tashane Way Foundation, he is committed to honoring the life and memory of his nephew Christopher Tashane Byrd. His hope is to advocate for those affected by gun violence, educate the community about gun safety and inspire individuals to explore More Than The Four Corners™. 

Joslie Byrd is Christopher’s Byrd’s Fiancé and mother of their daughter, Chloie-Ann Byrd. She was raised in the South Bronx by a single mother who encouraged her love of reading and music. Joslie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and a Master’s in School Counseling. She is currently a high school counselor and is on track to become a school building leader Joslie has dedicated her time to the Tashane Way Foundation to raise awareness and make a difference in the lives of others.

Mitchell Raposo is Christopher Tashane Byrd's Brother. He is a Father/family man, entrepreneur and currently holds a role in the high-end fashion industry as the Operations Manager for the East/South region. Mitchell is also the Outreach Director for the Tashane Way Foundation. After the loss of Christopher, he made it his mission to keep his name & music alive by celebrating his life and giving back to the community in his honor.

Leslie Rodriguez is a mother to a wonderful son. Her experience with the Human Services Administration as a Tenant Support Specialist helps Leslie be empathetic to the community that we serve. Leslie is also the Social Media Director for the Tashane Way Foundation. She is very family oriented and loves to travel. As the sister in-law of Christopher Tashane Byrd, Leslie has been keeping his name alive by giving back to the community and helping make a difference in his honor.

Lisa Douglass-Doe is a graduate of Syracuse University. She is a 25-year HR veteran and former Vice President of Human Resources for a financial services company in NYC. She has been married for 28 years and has 17-year-old twins. From the block to the boardroom, Lisa knows a thing or two about facing challenges in business and in life. She is a certified Success Coach and business owner. As Director of the Tashane Way Foundation, Lisa is excited to share her wealth of information with the community that Tashane Way serves.

Jeaneen Demorcy is a Director of the Tashane Way Foundation. She is a registered security specialist, a mother to a son and a full-time student who also has a degree in criminal justice. With the criminal justice background, Jeaneen can help grow the relationship with law enforcement and the community. Jeaneen often states that it is her honor to be a part of keeping Christopher’s name alive through helping the community. As well as keeping true to its mission that there is so much to offer in life.

Jaden is more than just Christopher Tashane Byrd's younger brother; he's a passionate advocate for sharing his brother's story. Having witnessed firsthand the profound effects of Christopher's loss, Jaden embodies the essence of "More Than The Four Corners." Committed to keeping Christopher's memory alive, Jaden dedicates himself to serving the youth of the community, ensuring that his brother's legacy continues to inspire and uplift others.
