Trunk or Treat 2023

On October 28, 2023, the Tashane Way Foundation hosted its first annual Trunk or Treat in the St. Mary’s NYCHA complex in the South Bronx. We were able to host an exciting event for children to safely enjoy the Halloween holiday. They received candy, played carnival games, and won prizes. The event featured a dance contest, face painting, and interactive activities, ensuring there was something fun for everyone. The children had a ball, their laughter and excitement filling the air. Parents expressed their gratitude for providing a safe space for their kids to celebrate Halloween. The success of this event was a testament to the community's spirit and the Foundation's commitment to bringing joy and safety to local families. We look forward to making this an annual tradition, continuing to create magical moments for the children of the South Bronx.
